Sergei’s focuses his practice on representation of American businesses and entrepreneurs in a broad variety of transactions in the CIS countries. He also represents business owners and entrepreneurs from the CIS countries in the United States. Sergei has an extensive experience in contract negotiation, conducts due diligence, financial transactions, international project management, and merger & acquisition work.
Sergei developed a profound expertise in Aviation law which is successfully complimented by his prior training at one of the top aviation engineering schools of Russia – Moscow Aviation Institute. For many years Sergei and his team coordinated representation of victims and their family members in litigations involving aviation disasters and accidents around the world. A substantial part of Sergei’s practice is devoted to negotiation of transactions involving aircraft sale/purchase of aircrafts.
Sergei gives advice on intellectual property issues as well as licensing. He is an expert counsel in all branches of entertainment industry including film, theater, TV, multimedia and music.
