These days, Russia is for Russians.

Most foreigners are banned from traveling to Russia.

Effective March 18, the Government of Russia banned the entry of most foreign nationals into Russia until May 1 (the “Entry Ban”). This May 1 date is likely to be extended in coming days to at least June 1.

There are two potential audiences for this presentation:

1.Pilots who operate aircraft on fully legal private flights into and out of Russia, and

2.Pilots who operate aircraft on commercial flights into and out Russia.

The bulk of this presentation is for you in the first category, who want to operate in and out of Russia on private flights without being fined, and without having your aircraft impounded.

For Legal Operation to Russia:’

1.Flight Permits

2.Customs Filings

3.Passenger Manifests
