Two years after granting Chapter 15 protection for Russian bank Vneshprombank, the SDNY bankruptcy court is considering whether to recognize an application by its former owner, who is serving an eight-year prison term for embezzlement.
The court has scheduled a hearing on the Chapter 15 application for February 27б 2019.
